Why so many?
Because I created a sense of urgency for myself. I wanted a real change in my life.
I was dying to get out of my J.O.B. I had a boss that drove me nuts and I knew I wanted to call my own shots for the rest of my life. I didn’t want someone to dictate how much money I deserved to make, when I could take off from work, or how much vacation I deserved. I wanted to be my own boss.
How bad did I want it?
I wanted it so bad that I left the house each morning and would not allow myself to return until I had prospected 100 people a day.
The one thing I learned over the years is that you need new people to prospect on a constant basis. You can have the greatest products/services and comp plan, but if no one knows about it, how will they every join you?
