In today’s online marketing environment, it is getting more and more difficult to build trust with your MLM prospects. And without the trust,it’s difficult to move that person from MLM Prospect to MLM distributor.

I’ve been fortunate over the years to have built two multi-million dollar Internet businesses. I’ve learned a few things along the way that can help your network marketing home-based business.

1) People like to do business with people.

Prospects on your MLM Lead list want to know that there is real person behind the telephone and website. They want to know who they’re doing business with. They want to see your face. They want to see your name. And they want to see your phone number.

When MLM prospects dial your telephone number, they want to talk to you.

2) People like to do business with people that they know like and trust.

Years ago my mentor told me that “People don’t care about how much you know, until they know how much you care about them.”

I make it a point to ask prospects on my MLM lead what’s missing out of their life. I interview them and get them to revisit their pain. I get them to say out loud several times over how long they’ve been looking and why they’ve been looking for a way to make money from home.

3) It's hard building trust with people over the Internet.

And that’s the real key here.

Trust.

Let’s face it, there’s only so much that text on a website or a telephone call can do for you in building trust.

One of the keys to my recent success has been my use of streaming web video.
