Hello Michael,

Yes I do need to update my photo here... and I agree with your assessment of Twitter in the sense that for me Twitter is much like what happened to email marketing. People found out that they could "push" their marketing onto others. So they threw mud up on the wall to see what would stick. And now people are "following" 10s of 1,000s of people on Twitter. Are they really following? Or just hoping to get another Twitter user to blast with their message?
Thanks for your feedback AnnaLaura. I'm of the opinion of Micheal Eisbrener though when it comes to twitter marketing. To me it's like being invited to a party.. only to show up and find that the party is in a Colosseum where everyone is shouting to be heard. I find this especially true when I see tools out there that promise to grow your twitter follower list for you automatically. I hardly think that's a targeted list of people that want my message. It is a targeted list of people that used keywords to follow others, but again, hardly a list of people that want to build a one-to-one relationship. If you have other experiences, please share them here. Thanks. Enrique. www.MLMLeads.com

well said, yes you can generate leads via twitter however, there are really 2 things that must be in place. first you must be communicating with people on twitter and not just blasting out content. two you must be connecting with people in your target market who are looking or may be looking and not just other MLMers.
