THIS IS A SCAM. I’ve been billed since April ‘09 for a subscription I NEVER requested. On top of that I’ve called on several several times and have NEVER spoken to a live person and have NEVER received a return phone call from anyone. If there is Any INTERGRITY here at all, at least someone would have returned my call to try and correct this situation. To this date, MLI refuses to honor my request for a simple phone call to clear this situation up, or take responsibility for the problem. They tell me it’s. Someone else’s fault that i should go to them for my refund. I only got this response thru email. NO one else took money for my account, MLI did. If i’m expected to just let 4 months of subscriptions payments go, i could at least get ONE phone call from someone with some INTEGRITY!!!!
