Here’s one of my favorites. Let’s say my prospect’s name is: Tom I give him a call and when I hit his voice mail, I simply say:
“Hey Tom, Mark Wieser here. Tom you’ve been taking a look at my XYZ System and I thought I’d take a minute and phone you personally.
Tom, if you’ve been seriously investigating opportunities you’ve no-doubt been bombarded with information. In fact, you’ve probably been trying to sort through what’s real and what’s hype. Tom, let me simplify things for you… just ask yourself a question: how many of those people have bothered to pick up the phone and call me? I’m betting one or none!
Tom, I’m a professional networker and I work with people one on one who are serious about creating success in this industry. Now I’m going to leave my number but Tom, I don’t want you to call me back — not right away at least. Instead, I want you to look for an email I just sent you with a subject line that contains your phone number… in it, I’ve given you access to some REAL information that’ll give you an inside look at something different. Review it, THEN call me Tom and let’s talk. Here’s my number XXX-XXX-XXXX. Write it down. Here it is again: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Tom, one last thing…
I only call ONCE. “Opportunity knocking”… don’t let it pass you by.
Review my information, then call me and let’s see if what we’ve got is a good fit for you. Talk to you soon.”
Now… the KEY to the above is to make your delivery CONVERSATIONAL.
Please do not treat this as a “script” and read it into someone’s answering machine.
Instead, just read it and absorb the concept, then ad lib when you phone your prospect. One more thing: take your time. Do not rush your message. I actually SLOW my delivery down, and make some pauses throughout for effect. It makes it far more impactful when you deliver it in a casual, relaxed way.
This approach works extremely well for several reasons:
1) You’re probably the only one who’s bothered to phone them
2) Your message is DIFFERENT than they expect
3) Telling them NOT to call you back grabs their attention and focuses them in because it’s unexpected.
4) your email (and it’s subject line) stands out like a blinking red light from all the “clutter” in their inbox.
5) It makes your prospect THINK.
Get busy with some prospects and put this into action… I think you’ll be impressed by your results.”

Enrique: How do mlm distributors find the perfect MLM lead or MLM prospect? What does the perfect MLM prospect or business opportunity seeker look and sound like?
Big Al: There is no perfect prospect. Most prospects are pretty much neutral. They’re not a good prospect or a bad prospect until they meet us. They will become a good prospect or bad prospect depending upon what we say and what we do.
A good example would be… Let’s say I am a single and I go to a party to get a date. I come up to the ladies at the party and I say…
“So, how old are you? How much do you weigh? Are those your real teeth? What color do you dye your hair? How much makeup do you need in the morning?”
So at the end of the party, I go home probably without too many dates.
The next day, I go to my sponsor and I say:
“Hey sponsor… I went to a party and there are no prospects there. Some of those ladies they don’t even like men. So please, please, please, Mr. Sponsor, please help me find a new party where there will be some good prospects.”
And the problem is even if I find some more good prospects; I’m going to ruin those too.
So most prospects are neutral because if you think about it, someone else could go to that same party and get a date by saying and doing something else.
So do you find the perfect prospect?
I don’t think so.
I think you actually create a good mlm lead prospect by what you say.
It could be your first sentence or two on the phone or in person.
And that brings up the question: What about relatives and friends?
A lot of people say… “Well I talked to my relatives and friends and they didn’t join so I need to go buy some leads or go find some new people”.
So I say, trust me… if what you said to your friends and relatives turned them off, strangers aren’t going to like that very much either.
So the first thing you might want to do before you go call that lead or before you talk to that stranger is maybe find out what to say or do that is going to work that’s going to turn that lead or stranger into a good prospect instead of a bad prospect.

In today’s online marketing environment, it is getting more and more difficult to build trust with your MLM prospects. And without the trust, it’s difficult to move that person from “MLM Prospect†to “MLM distributorâ€.
I’ve been fortunate over the years to have built two multi-million dollar Internet businesses. I’ve learned a few things along the way that can help your network marketing home-based business.

1) People like to do business with people.

Let’s face it, there’s only so much that text on a website or a telephone call can do for you in building trust.
One of the keys to my recent success has been my use of streaming web video.

Working MLM Leads which are generated by a professional MLM lead generation company is both a science and an art. How are you approaching your MLM Leads?

So the next night instead of waiting until dinner was over, I went out right after school. Instead of having dads answer the door, the moms would answer and listen to what I had to say.
Well to make a long story short, at the end of 14 days (the time we had before turning in sales) I sold 154 cases (24 boxes in each case, 12 cards in each box) of Christmas cards. I didn’t just go door to door, I stood in front on the grocery store, I stood at the door of our church, I went to each teacher, I sent order forms with my dad (who was at the time a knuckle cruncher for the Teamsters in the 70s) I even sold Christmas cards at my mom’s Tupperware parties.
